Blueberry Lime Vanilla Shake

Ingredients:

1 cup (122ml) Greek yogurt
1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
2 scoops (78g) HLTH Code Vanilla
1/4 cup (33g) raw cashews or macadamia nuts
1 cup (123g) fresh or frozen blueberries
1 lime (35 g), zested and juiced (or to taste)
2 Tbsp (3g) monk fruit sweetener

Garnish (optional)
2 Tbsp (16g) fresh blueberries
2 Tbsp (16g) pomegranate seeds
2 lime slices

Instructions:

Add the Greek yogurt, almond milk, HLTH Code Vanilla, cashews, blueberries, lime juice and zest, and sweetener to a blender.

Blend until all the ingredients are well combined and the shake is smooth and creamy. Pour the shake into a glass and serve immediately.
Optionally, you can garnish the shake with a few fresh blueberries, pomegranate seeds, and a lime slice for an extra touch.
