Recipe makes 16 cookies.

Ingredients:
4 scoops HLTH Code Chocolate Macadamia
1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup melted coconut oil

Topping:
Extra unsweetened coconut flakes

Instructions

Combine all ingredients into a bowl and stir together.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Use a spoon to scoop out batter onto cookie sheet.
Refrigerate to harden cookies for 1 hour.
Take out and enjoy!
Store in refrigerator for freshness and to hold their shape
