Cocoa-Nutty Butter Bombs
The recipe makes 4 servings (12 balls total, 3 per serving)
Ingredients:
1 cup full-fat coconut milk
2 scoops HLTH Code Chocolate
¼ cup finely chopped macadamia nuts
2 Tablespoons coconut oil
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 Tablespoon cacao butter
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the coconut milk, HLTH Code Chocolate, finely chopped macadamia nuts, coconut oil, unsweetened cocoa powder, and cacao butter.
Mix all the ingredients together until well combined and a thick, uniform mixture forms. If necessary, add a bit more cocoa powder.
Once the mixture is evenly mixed, scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into balls, about 1 inch (2.5 cm) in diameter.
Place the formed balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Once all the mixture is rolled into balls, place the baking sheet in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes, or until firm and set.
Once firm, enjoy or transfer them to an airtight container for storage. Keep them refrigerated until ready to use.
Optionally, dust with some powdered sweetener of choice or sprinkle with shredded coconut before serving. Enjoy!
