Cranberry Cashew Smoothie Bowl
Recipe makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
SMOOTHIE
1 cup (165g) plain unsweetened cashew milk or other dairy-free milk of choice
1 cup (92g) frozen cranberries
1/2 cup (65g) raw cashews, soaked in water for 2 hours or overnight
2 scoops (80g) HLTH Code Creamy Vanilla
2 Tbsp (21g) flaxseeds or chia seeds
2 Tbsp (28g) monk fruit sweetener or other sugar-free sweetener of choice or to taste
1 cup (111g) ice cubes
TOPPING (optional)
1 Tbsp (g) unsweetened coconut flakes
1 Tbsp (g) chopped cashews
1 tsp chia seeds
Instructions
Add all shake ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until very smooth and creamy.
Pour the shake into bowls, add toppings, if desired, and serve immediately.
