Dark Chocolate Yogurt Bowl

The recipe makes 2 servings.

Ingredients:

2 scoops HLTH Code Chocolate
2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt
¾ cup ricotta cheese
2 Tbsp sugar-free mini dark chocolate chips, melted
1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ cup cold unsweetened almond milk (or as needed for texture)
Optional toppings (choose one or both):
2 Tbsp sugar-free mini dark chocolate chips
2 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions:

Melt the sugar-free dark chocolate chips in the microwave in 15-20 second intervals, stirring between each, or using a double boiler over gently simmering water, then let cool slightly before using.

In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, ricotta cheese, HLTH Code Chocolate, cocoa powder, and sea salt.

Add the melted chocolate and mix thoroughly until smooth and well incorporated.

Gradually add almond milk, stirring until the mixture becomes creamy, thick, and spoonable while still holding its shape.

Transfer to a wide serving bowl and finish with the optional toppings arranged over the surface. Serve immediately.
