Keto Egg Bites

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Serve: 6, 2 egg bites per serving

Ingredients:
– 10 eggs
– 2 tsp of salt and pepper (or to taste)
– 1 tbsp roasted garlic
– 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk or half and half
– 1 cup of diced onions
– 1 cup of diced bell peppers
– 1 cup of chopped pre-cooked chicken sausage

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients listed above
3. Use silicone muffin pan or baking tin (with cupcake liners)
4. Tops with additional toppings if desired
5. Bake for 15-18 minutes
