Mudslide Shake

Recipe makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

1 cup (250ml) unsweetened almond milk
½ cup (125ml) ice
2 scoops HLTH Code Chocolate Macadamia
½ tsp (2.5ml) almond extract
2 tsp (8g) monk fruit sweetener

For the garnish:
1 ½ tbsp (21g) coconut oil
2 tsp (5g) cocoa powder
½ tsp (2g) monk fruit sweetener
1 Tbsp (15g) whipped cream
3 peanuts, chopped

Instructions

Make the chocolate garnish; melt the coconut oil in a microwave. Stir in cocoa powder and monk fruit sweetener.
Drizzle the inside of the serving glass with prepared cocoa mixture and place in a freezer for 5 minutes.
In a food blender, blend almond milk, ice, HLTH Code Chocolate Macadamia, monk fruit, and almond extract.
Pour the prepared shake into a serving glass.
Top the shake with whipped cream and peanuts.
