Nutrition Info:
Prepare HLTH Code Original Complete Meal by mixing two scoops with 8oz of cold water. HLTH Code dissolves perfectly with a basic shaker cup, but is best enjoyed blended with chilled water and 3-4 ice cubes.
Store in a cool, dry place and drink daily. When you’re on the go, scoop straight into a shaker bottle and add water, or leave dry until it’s mealtime.
Works with your favorite shake recipe, too! But a note from the metabolic experts: We call it a complete meal because we believe it has everything you need, and nothing you don’t. If you’re trying to simplify mealtime or control your weight, choose your add-ins with moderation, and preferably ingredients that have minimal refined carbohydrates, sugars, or net carbs. Power packed protein
Our whey protein is sourced from US dairy cows that are fed a diet that includes natural grass and other forage. These dairy cows have not been fed or injected with artificial hormones, steroids, or growth enhancers.*
- Whey protein has the highest biological value of any dietary protein, and contains essential amino acids that support lean and toned muscles. [1-3]
- Egg whites offer the highest net protein utilization by the body. [2, 4]
- Our grass-fed collagen features 6.5 grams of collagen peptides, which may assist with glowing, youthful skin, and joint, cartilage and bone health. [5]
Not all fats are equal
Includes 27 grams of quality fats from healthy sources.
- A one-to-one ratio of healthy fats to protein. Found in some of nature’s perfect foods, a mass ratio of one-to-one fat and protein has been demonstrated in human clinical studies to offer significant health benefits. [6-8]
- Blend of beneficial short-, medium- and long-chain fatty acids. [9-11]
- Wide spectrum of fats from coconut, olive oil, avocado, MCT oil, flaxseed and vegan cocoa butter.[12-13]
- Ideal ratio of omega-3 to omega-6.[14]
Essential nutrients to fill in the gaps
Digestive Enzymes help to break down our foods into smaller, more absorbable
components while probiotics support gut health. Includes 9 grams per serving of
beneficial fiber.
