Almond Biscotti Bowl

Ingredients:

2 scoops HLTH Code Vanilla
¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
¼ tsp almond extract
1 Tbsp slivered almonds
1 tsp unsweetened almond butter
2 Tbsp unsweetened almond yogurt
2 Tbsp ricotta cheese (full-fat)

Toppings:
1 tsp raw almonds, roughly chopped
1 tsp dark chocolate shavings (sugar-free)

Instructions:

In a medium bowl, mix HLTH Code Vanilla with almond milk until smooth.

Add almond extract, slivered almonds, almond butter, almond yogurt, and ricotta. Stir until fully combined and creamy.

Transfer to a serving bowl and top with chopped raw almonds and dark chocolate shavings.

Enjoy immediately, or refrigerate 10 – 15 minutes for a slightly firmer texture.
