Apple Cinnamon Chia Pudding

Recipe makes 2 servings

Ingredients:
2 scoops HLTH Code Vanilla
4 Tbsp chia seeds
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 medium apple, cored and chopped
3 Tbsp sugar-free sweetener of choice
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie seasoning
1 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp cinnamon powder
2 cinnamon sticks for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

Blend or use a shaker cup to mix HLTH Code and unsweetened almond milk well. Stir chia seeds into the shake mixture. Refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 2 hours.

Prior to serving: add the chopped apple, sweetener, spices, and butter in a medium saucepan. Cook for 5 min, until the apple starts to soften. Cool slightly, then pour in the glass. Spoon with chia pudding layer and top with applesauce.

Decorate with cinnamon sticks and serve.
