Avocado Dream Delight Shake

Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
2 scoops HLTH Code Vanilla
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any low-carb milk of your choice)
1 Tbsp coconut oil
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1-2 Tablespoons monk fruit sweetener (optional to taste)
1 cup ice cubes
Optional: 1 Tablespoon chia seeds or hemp hearts for added nutrition and texture
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Taste and optionally add some sugar-free sweetener to taste.
