Blueberry Skyr Smoothie

The recipe makes 1 serving.

Ingredients:

1 scoop HLTH Code Vanilla
½ cup unsweetened skyr (Icelandic yogurt – or replace with Greek yogurt)
¼ cup frozen blueberries
¼ medium avocado
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp monk fruit sweetener or sweetener of choice (optional, to taste)
¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
3-4 ice cubes (for a chilled smoothie)

Instructions:

In a blender, add the HLTH Code Vanilla, skyr, blueberries, avocado, almond milk, and optional sweetener and vanilla extract.

Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more almond milk if needed to achieve your desired consistency.

Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
