Butterscotch Protein Balls

Recipe makes 15 protein balls.
Ingredients:
Dry Ingredients:
3 scoops HLTH Code Creamy Vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3 tbsp ground flaxseeds
1/4 cup sugar-free butterscotch chips
Wet ingredients:
1/2 cup almond butter
3 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp liquid monkfruit extract
Instructions
In a separate microwave-safe bowl, add 1/2 cup almond butter and 3 tbsp butter together and microwave for about 60 seconds. Then add in liquid monkfruit extract.
Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
Chill batter in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes (to prevent butterscotch chips from melting into the batter)
Finally, mix in butterscotch chips and roll into protein balls.
