Ingredients:

2 scoops (78g) HLTH Code Vanilla
1 cup (250ml) unsweetened almond milk
2 medium strawberries
½ tsp peppermint extract
½ Tbsp Monk Fruit sweetener
Crushed ice

Topping:
2 Tbsp unsweetened whipped cream, for serving

Instructions:

Add all ingredients in a food blender, except the whipped cream.

Blend until smooth.

Serve topped with whipped cream.
