Cauliflower Chia Chocolate Shake

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen riced cauliflower
1½ Tbsp chia seeds
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or unsweetened almond or coconut milk)
1/3 cup cream cheese
2 scoops HLTH Code Chocolate Macadamia
1 Tbsp sugar-free sweetener of choice (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)
Whipped heavy cream and grated sugar-free dark chocolate (optional, for serving)

Instructions

Add cauliflower, chia seeds, cream cheese, HLTH Code Chocolate Macadamia, sweetener, and ice cubes, to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

If desired, top with some whipped heavy cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate; serve immediately.
