Chia Macadamia Shake

Ingredients:

For the chia gel:
2 Tbsp chia seeds
½ cup unsweetened almond milk½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Sugar-free sweetener to taste

For the shake:
2 scoops HLTH Code Chocolate
2 Tbsp macadamia nuts (raw or roasted, unsalted and finely chopped)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
¼ cup heavy cream (or coconut cream for a dairy-free option)
½ tsp vanilla extract
3-4 ice cubes

Instructions:

In a small bowl, combine the chia seeds with almond milk and vanilla extract (if using). Stir well to avoid clumping.

Let the mixture sit for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until it forms a gel-like consistency. You can also prepare this ahead in the refrigerator it for a few hours or overnight.

In a blender, combine the HLTH Code Chocolate powder, macadamia nuts, almond milk, heavy cream, and vanilla extract.

Add the ice cubes and blend until smooth and creamy.

When done, add the prepared chia gel. Stir gently to combine and serve immediately.
