Chicken Club Lettuce Wraps

Recipe makes 4 servings

Ingredients:

40g/1.4oz lettuce
3 Tbsp Guacamole
50g/1.7oz Swiss cheese
1 medium tomato (123g), sliced
80g/2.8oz smoked chicken breast, sliced
80g/2.8oz prosciutto
1 medium red onion (110g), sliced

Instructions:
Peel and thinly slice the onion. Slice the tomato to desired thickness.

Place a piece of parchment or wax paper over your work surface. Put one lettuce leaf on the prepared paper.

Spread about three tablespoons of Guacamole over lettuce and top with Swiss cheese, sliced tomato, smoked chicken breast, prosciutto, and red onion. Optionally, add some mayonnaise or mustard.

Carefully roll the lettuce wraps, using the paper as the base, as tight as possible. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.

When done, cut the lettuce wrap in half, leaving the paper around it to hold it together.

Serve immediately.
