Chocolate Cherry Shake

Recipe makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

Shake
2 cups (480ml) unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup (62g) cream cheese
2 scoops (80g) HLTH Code Chocolate
2 tsp (12g) raw cacao powder
2 Tbsp (1.8g) monk fruit sweetener (or sugar-free sweetener of choice)
Cherry filling:
1 1/2 cups frozen sour cherries
2 Tbsp 1.8g) monk fruit sweetener (or sugar-free sweetener of choice)
2 Tbsp of water

Topping (optional)
2 tsp sugar-free chocolate shavings

Instructions:

Add cherries, sweetener, and water to a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat and stir until the cherries are warmed.

Separate cherries and set aside to cool.

Pour the cherry juice into a medium bowl.

Chill juice and cherries in the refrigerator, while you make the shake.

Combine all shake ingredients in a blender, add the cherry juice; blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.

Pour into glasses, spoon over cherries, and garnish with chocolate shavings.
