Chocolate Coconut Macaroon Bowl

The recipe makes 1 serving.

Ingredients:

2 scoops HLTH Code Chocolate
¾ cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
1 Tbsp coconut cream
1 Tbsp chia seeds
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup ice

For Topping
1 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes, lightly toasted
1 Tbsp macadamia nuts, finely chopped
1oz sugar-free dark chocolate, roughly chopped or shaved

Instructions:

Add the HLTH Code Chocolate, coconut milk, shredded coconut, coconut cream, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and ice to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for 15 minutes, allowing the chia seeds to absorb moisture and thicken the mixture to a spoonable consistency.

Divide the mixture between two serving bowls and top evenly with the toasted coconut flakes, chopped macadamia nuts, and sugar-free dark chocolate.

Serve chilled.
