Chocolate Dream Waffles

Recipes makes 4 servings

Ingredients:

2 scoops HLTH Code Chocolate
1 cup almond flour
2 large eggs
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp melted coconut oil (plus extra for greasing the waffle maker)

Optional toppings:
Blueberries
Sugar-free caramel sauce or maple syrup

Instructions:

Set your waffle maker to preheat while you prepare the batter.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, HLTH Code Chocolate, and cinnamon.

In another bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in the almond milk, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until you achieve a smooth batter. If the batter feels too thick, add a bit more almond milk to adjust the consistency.

Grease the waffle maker lightly with coconut oil. Pour in the batter, ensuring it spreads evenly. Cook according to your waffle maker’s instructions, usually 3-5 minutes, until the waffles are firm and golden brown.

Plate the waffles and top with blueberries. Drizzle with sugar-free caramel sauce or maple syrup, if desired.
