Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Cookie Dough

Recipe makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

2 scoops (79.5g) HLTH Code Chocolate Macadamia powder
¼ cup (60g) sugar-free creamy peanut butter
1 ½ Tbsp Monk fruit syrup (or sugar-free sweetener of choice)
2-3 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips

 

Instructions:

Combine peanut butter, syrup, and water in a bowl.
Add HLTH Code Chocolate Macadamia powder and stir until smooth. Add more water if needed to reach the desired consistency.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop the cookie dough with an ice cream scoop into the bowl and serve.
