Chocolate Popcorn Shake

Recipes makes 2 servings.

Ingredients:

Shake:
2 cups (480ml) unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup (62g) cream cheese
1 ½ scoops (60g) HLTH Code Chocolate
1 tsp (12g) raw cacao powder
2 Tbsp (1.8g) monk fruit sweetener (or sugar-free sweetener of choice)

Chocolate sauce:
2 Tbsp (10g) HLTH Code Chocolate
2 Tbsp (22g) raw cacao powder
2 Tbsp of water

Protein Popcorn Topping:
2 Tbsp (10g) HLTH Code Chocolate
1 Tbsp (12g) raw cacao powder
¼ cup unsweetened popcorn

 

Instructions:

In a small bowl mix chocolate sauce ingredients. Transfer to a piping bag, then decorate the glass with chocolate sauce.

Combine all shake ingredients in a blender and blend until. Divide between two glasses.

In a bowl mix HLTH Code Chocolate and cocoa powder. Add popcorn and stir to coat.

Sprinkle popcorn on the top of the shake and enjoy!
