Cinnamon Roll Shake

Ingredients:

1 cup (240 ml) unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup (75 g) cream cheese, at room temperature
2 scoops HLTH Code Vanilla
2 tsp (5g) ground cinnamon
A pinch of salt
Liquid sugar-free sweetener to taste (optional)
1 cup ice cubes

Instructions:

Add unsweetened almond milk and cream cheese to your blender. Blend these ingredients together until they are well combined and creamy. 

Add 2 scoops of HLTH Code Vanilla, ground cinnamon, and salt. Pulse the mixture a few times to incorporate these dry ingredients. Taste and add a few drops of liquid sweetener if desired. 

Add the ice cubes to the blender. Blend on high speed until the shake reaches a smooth, frosty consistency.

Pour your Cinnamon Roll Keto Shake into a tall glass and sprinkle a little cinnamon on top for an extra touch of flavor and look. Serve immediately.
