Coconut Raspberry Açai Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

Smoothie:
2 (100g each) pouches frozen unsweetened açai puree
3/4 cup (180g) coconut milk yogurt alternative
1/4 cup (60g) coconut cream
1 cup (100g) fresh or frozen raspberries
1 Tbsp (16g) cashew butter or another nut butter of choice
2 scoops (80g) HLTH Code Chocolate Macadamia
2 Tbsp (20g) chia seeds
Sweetener of choice, to taste
Handful ice cubes

Garnish (optional):
Fresh raspberries
Raw cashews
Coconut flakes
Chia seeds
Fresh basil leaves

Instructions

Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Transfer to a bowl and top with the desired garnishes. Serve immediately.
