Coffee-Free Tiramisu Shake

Ingredients:

Shake:
2 scoops HLTH Code Chocolate Powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or a mix of almond milk & heavy cream for extra richness)
½ cup ice cubes
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp mascarpone cheese
1 Tbsp powdered monk fruit sweetener (or sugar-free sweetener of choice)
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt

For the Faux “Espresso” Syrup:
1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 Tbsp hot water
¼ tsp dandelion root powder or chicory root powder (optional, has a roasted flavor like coffee)
½ Tbsp granulated monk fruit sweetener (or sugar-free sweetener of choice)
Pinch of cinnamon

Topping:
2 Tbsp whipped cream
A sprinkle of cinnamon

Instructions:

Prepare the Faux “Espresso” Syrup:

In a small bowl, mix cocoa powder, hot water, dandelion root powder (if using), sweetener, and cinnamon.

Stir until smooth and let cool for a minute.

Blend HLTH Code Chocolat , almond milk, ice, vanilla extract, mascarpone, sweetener, cinnamon, salt, and faux “espresso” syrup on high speed until smooth and creamy.

Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

Pour into a glass, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
