Cookies & Cream Shake

Recipe makes 2 shakes

Ingredients:

Shake
1 ½ cup (360ml) unsweetened almond milk (or another milk of choice)
¼ cup (60ml) heavy cream (or coconut cream)
2 Tbsp (28g) cream cheese
2 scoops (80g) HLTH Code Creamy Vanilla
⅓ cup (22g) ground raw hazelnuts
1 tsp (2g) cacao powder
1 tsp (5g) maca powder
2 Tbsp (6g) monk fruit sweetener (or another sugar-free sweetener of choice)
1 cup (111g) ice cubes

Topping (optional)
Whipped heavy cream or coconut cream
A few sliced fresh strawberries
1 Tbsp chopped hazelnuts

Instructions

Add all shake ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until very smooth and creamy.

Pour into glasses, add topping and garnishes, if desired, and serve immediately.
