Drumsticks with Mustard

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
8 large drumsticks
¼ cup coconut aminos
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 ½ tablespoons grain mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375F.
Remove the butter from a fridge and let it come to a room temperature.
Rub the chicken drums with butter.
In a bowl, whisk coconut aminos, lemon juice, and olive oil.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
Place the chicken into baking dish and top with whole grain mustard.
Season the chicken to taste.
Bake the chicken for 50 minutes. Serve warm, topped with cooking juices.
