Gingerbread Bowl

The recipe makes 2 servings.

Ingredients:

Base
2 scoops HLTH Code Vanilla
¾ cup Greek yogurt (full-fat)
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
2 Tbsp coconut cream
2 tsp coconut flour
3 Tbsp cream cheese (softened)
1 tsp ground ginger
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
Pinch of clove
½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional: 1-2 drops of liquid stevia or monk fruit sweetener

Toppings (optional):
1-2 Tbsp sugar-free granola
Ground flaxseed
Crushed nuts
Dusting of cinnamon

 

Instructions:

In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, almond milk, coconut cream and softened cream cheese until smooth.

Add HLTH Code Vanilla, coconut flour, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, vanilla extract and salt. Stir vigorously until creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add some more unsweetened almond milk (about 1-2 tablespoons). 

Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes.

Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl. Add the toppings of choice and serve immediately.
