Green Berry Powerhouse Smoothie Bowl

Recipe makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

For the smoothie bowl:
2 cups (60g) spinach or kale (fresh or frozen)
1 (136g) avocado
1/2 cup (63g) mixed frozen berries
2 Tbsp (20g) hemp seeds
2 Tbsp (32g) sunflower seed butter (unsweetened)
2 scoops (78g) HLTH Code Creamy Vanilla
1 cup (244g) unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
1 tsp (3g) spirulina powder (optional, for added nutrients and color)
2 Tbsp (6g) monk sweetener or to taste
1 cup (110g) ice cubes

For the toppings:
2 Tbsp (30g) mixed berries
1/4 (34g) avocado, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp (9g) raw sunflower seeds (pepitas) or pumpkin seeds
1 tsp (3g) chia seeds

Instructions:

In a blender, combine the spinach, avocado, mixed berries, chia seeds, sunflower seed butter, HLTH Code powder, unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk, spirulina powder (if using), and your preferred keto-friendly sweetener.

Add ice cubes to the blender to achieve desired consistency.

Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. Adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more sweetener.

Taste and adjust the flavor and consistency as desired: pour into a bowl.

Arrange the sliced avocado and mixed berries on top and sprinkle sunflower seeds over the top for added texture and nutrition.

If desired, drizzle a generous amount of sunflower seed butter over the bowl for extra richness and nutty flavor.

Enjoy your keto-friendly Green Berry Powerhouse Smoothie Bowl!
