Hazelnut Turmeric Shake

Recipe makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

Shake:
1/4 cup raw hazelnuts, soaked in hot water for 10 minutes and skinned
1½ cup coconut milk or unsweetened plain coconut yogurt alternative
2 scoops HLTH Code Creamy Vanilla
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 Tbsp MCT or coconut oil
1 Tbsp hemp seeds
2 Tbsp tahini or nut butter of choice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp sugar-free sweetener of choice (optional or to taste)
pinch Himalayan salt
handful ice cubes

Garnish (optional):
whipped coconut cream
ground hazelnuts

Instructions

Add all shake ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

If desired, top with some whipped coconut cream and sprinkle with ground hazelnuts; serve immediately.
