Energy Balls

SO rich and yummy, people won’t believe that they’re SO nutritious! 🤯

1/2 cup of organic unsweetened, unsalted almond or peanut butter
2 scoops HLTH Code Creamy Vanilla
1/4 cup of monk fruit syrup (or monk fruit powder)
1/4 teaspoon salt

Mix well. If mixture is too thin, add more HLTH Code. Shape into 1-inch balls, then roll each ball into topping of your choice (unsweetened coconut, cocoa powder, cacao nibs, hemp seeds, etc.). Refrigerate before serving. Makes 15-20 energy balls
