Vanilla Chia Parfait

8 oz cold water in shaker bottle or Bell jar
Add 2 scoops HLTH Code Creamy Vanilla shake
Plus 3 Tablespoons chia seeds


Shake well. Pour into glass
Put in fridge for 1+ hours, being sure to stir once partway through to prevent the chia seeds from settling

Sprinkle with cinnamon just before eating. Enjoy!
