Orange Dreamsicle Bowl

The recipe makes 2 servings.

Ingredients:

2 scoops HLTH Code Vanilla
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (8 fl oz / 240 ml)
1 cup ice cubes
1 tsp orange zest
½ tsp orange extract
Pinch of sea salt

Toppings:
2 Tbsp crushed pistachios
1 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
2 orange slices

Instructions:

Add the HLTH Code Vanilla shake, coconut milk, ice cubes, orange zest, orange extract, and a tiny pinch of sea salt in a blender or food processor and pulse until you reach a creamy consistency. 

Divide the mixture evenly between two serving bowls.

Top each bowl with crushed pistachios, coconut flakes, and an orange slice for garnish.

Serve immediately.
