Raspberry Keto Balls

Recipes makes 8 protein keto balls.

Ingredients:

½ cup (100gr) raspberries, fresh or frozen
2 Tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp monk fruit
¼ cup (50 gr) softened butter
2 scoops HLTH Code Vanilla


Instructions:

Simmer the raspberries for 10-15 min, until liquid has dissolved, and raspberries are very soft.

Transfer to a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients, stirring well.

Chill in the freezer for about 15-20 min, then form small balls.

Chill in the freezer for 1 hour to set.

Serve immediately, or store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
