Raspberry Lemonade Shake

Recipe makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

1 cup (122ml) plain kefir or Greek yogurt
1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
2 scoops (78g) HLTH Code Creamy Vanilla
1/4 cup (33g) raw cashews or macadamia nuts
1 cup (123g) fresh or frozen raspberries
1 lemon (48g), zested and juiced (or to taste)
2 Tbsp (3g) monk fruit sweetener or sugar-free maple syrup (or to taste)
1 cup (111g) ice cubes

Garnish (optional)
2 Tbsp (16g) chopped nuts
2 Tbsp (16g) fresh raspberries
2 lemon slices

Instructions:

Add the kefir, almond milk, HLTH Code Creamy Vanilla, cashews, raspberries, lemon juice, and monk fruit sweetener to a blender.

Blend until all the ingredients are well combined and the shake is smooth and creamy. Add the ice cubes, taste the shake and adjust the sweetness or tartness by adding more sugar-free sweetener or lemon juice, as needed.

Pour the raspberry lemonade shake into a glass and serve immediately.
Optionally, you can garnish the shake with a few fresh raspberries or a lemon slice for an extra touch.
