Raspberry Mini Parfaits

Recipe makes 4 parfaits.

Ingredients:
2 scoops HLTH Code Creamy Vanilla
1 cup full fat yogurt
3/4 cup grain free low carb granola
1/2 cup raspberries

Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix 1 cup of full fat yogurt with 2 scoops HLTH Code Creamy Vanilla
Measure out raspberries and grain free granola and put them in separate small bowls
Take a spoon and mash raspberries to make a loose purée
Create parfaits as you wish, with yogurt on top of the granola, or yogurt sandwiched between granola
Add the raspberry purée
Top with extra granola or other toppings as desired
