Strawberry Lavender Milkshake

Recipe makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

1½ cups (360ml) unsweetened almond milk or another milk of choice
1 cup (152g) fresh or frozen strawberries
2 scoops (80g) HLTH Code Creamy Vanilla
1/2 tsp dried culinary lavender buds
2 Tbsp (31g) unsalted almond butter
1 Tbsp (14g) MCT oil
2 Tbsp (1.8g) monk fruit sweetener or sugar-free sweetener of choice
1 Tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 cup (111g) ice cubes

Instructions:

Add almond milk, strawberries, HLTH Code Creamy Vanilla, lavender, almond butter, MCT oil, sweetener, and lemon juice to a blender; blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

Add the ice cubes to the blender and blend until the mixture is thick and frosty.

Taste the milkshake and adjust the sweetness and lavender flavor to your liking by adding more erythritol or lavender buds as needed.

Pour the milkshake into tall glasses and serve immediately, garnished with fresh strawberries and a sprinkle of dried lavender buds if desired.
