Superfood Smoothie

Recipes makes 2 servings.

Ingredients:

2 cups macadamia milk, unsweetened
½ avocado
1 Tbsp sunflower seeds
1 Tbsp flax seeds
1 tsp matcha powder
1 Tbsp walnuts, finely chopped
½ cup raspberries
2 scoops HLTH Code Vanilla
1 tsp raspberry extract (optional for flavor and color)

 

Instructions:

Peel and cut the avocado into smaller pieces. Finely chop the walnuts.

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth. Taste the smoothie and, if desired, add sugar-free sweetener according to your taste.

Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Optionally, garnish with additional seeds before serving.
