Tikka Lamb Chops

Preparation time: 10 minutes + inactive time

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Serve: 4

Ingredients:
2 cups full-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons ground cumin
2 tablespoons garam masala
2 teaspoons ground coriander
2 teaspoons ground turmeric
3 teaspoons chili powder
3 teaspoons minced garlic
8 lamb chops

Instructions:
Combine yogurt and spices into a large bowl.
Add lamb chops and cover. Refrigerate 6 hours.
Preheat oven to 375F.
Place the wire rack on top of a baking sheet. Arrange the lamb chops onto wire rack and place in the heated oven.
Bake the chops for 20 minutes.
Serve warm with fresh salad.
