Turmeric and Cardamom Shake

Ingredients:

2 scoops HLTH Code Vanilla
1 ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup ice cubes
2 Tbsp full-fat coconut milk
½ tsp ground turmeric
¼ tsp ground cardamom
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp almond butter
(Optional) handful of frozen raspberries or blackberries

Instructions:

Add the ingredients to a high-speed blender and pulse until smooth. 

Pour the shake into glasses. Optionally, garnish with some chia seeds or pomegranate seeds.
