Vanilla Baklava Bowl

Recipe makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

½ cup (125ml) unsweetened almond milk
1 Tbsp (15g) creamy almond butter
2 scoops (78g) HLTH Code Creamy Vanilla
2 Tbsp (30g) Greek yogurt
¼ cup (40g) cauliflower florets, frozen
¼ tsp rose water
Pinch of ground cloves
Pinch of cinnamon

Garnish (optional): pistachios, almonds

Instructions:

Add almond milk, HLTH Code, Greek yogurt, and cauliflower in a food blender. Blend until smooth.

Add the rest of the ingredients and blend again.

Serve immediately, with desired garnish on top.
