Vanilla Coconut Cream Pie Bowl

Ingredients:

1 cup coconut milk (full fat for creaminess)
½ cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
2 scoops HLTH Code Vanilla
½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla flavored)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional toppings:
Sliced strawberries
Extra shredded coconut


Instructions:

In a medium bowl, combine the coconut milk and Greek yogurt. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Add the HLTH Code Vanilla to the coconut milk and yogurt mixture. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is smooth.

Fold in the shredded coconut and vanilla extract.

Transfer to serving bowls. Optionally, garnish with fresh strawberries and shredded coconut. Enjoy!
