Vanilla White Hot Chocolate

The recipe makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

2 cups unsweetened almond milk
2 scoops HLTH Code Vanilla
2 oz (60g) sugar-free white chocolate (finely chopped or white chocolate chips)
1 Tbsp almond butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Sugar-free sweetener to taste (such as monk-fruit), optional

Instructions:

In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the unsweetened almond milk until it’s hot but NOT boiling.

Add the chocolate to the almond milk. Stir continuously until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is well combined.

Incorporate almond butter into the mixture, stirring until it’s fully melted and blended.

Gradually add the HLTH Code powder while stirring continuously. Make sure there are no lumps, and the mixture is smooth.

Stir in the vanilla extract. Taste, and optionally, add a few drops of your preferred sugar-free sweetener.

Pour the white hot chocolate into mugs and enjoy immediately.
