Acai Berry Bowl

Recipe makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2oz. Acai berry puree
¼ cup frozen raspberries
2 tbsp frozen blueberries
2 scoops HLTH Code Creamy Vanilla

Toppings:
1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes

Instructions

In a high-speed blender, add unsweetened almond milk, acai berry puree, frozen berries, and HLTH Code Creamy Vanilla.
Blend until smooth and thick.
If the mixture is too thick for you, you can add a bit more almond milk.
Transfer the mixture into a bowl.
Top with coconut flakes and serve.
