Ingredients:

Smoothie:
1 ripe avocado
1 teaspoon matcha powder

1 cup Greek yogurt or milk of choice
1/4 cup ricotta or cottage cheese
1 cup baby spinach
2 Tbsp chia seeds
sweetener of choice, to taste
handful ice cubes

Garnish (optional):
fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
avocado slices
shredded toasted coconut
chia seeds

Instructions

Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately topped with the desired garnishes.
