Bergamot Lavender Smoothie Bowl

Recipes makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

2 scoops HLTH Code Vanilla
¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (6fl oz/180ml)
¼ cup coconut cream (2oz/60ml)
½ tsp pure bergamot extract (or citrus extract of choice)
5-6 large ice cubes

Toppings
1 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
1 tsp dried lavender
½ cup blueberries

Instructions:

Add the HLTH Code vanilla powder, almond milk, coconut cream, bergamot extract and ice in a blender or food processor and pulse until smooth and creamy. The smoothie should have a thick, cloud-like consistency.

Pour the mixture into two serving bowls. 

Top with coconut flakes, dried lavender and blueberries and serve immediately.
