Berry Coconut Smoothie
Recipe makes 1 serving
1 cup (250ml) unsweetened coconut milk
2 Tbsp (30g) coconut cream
1 tsp (4g) freeze-dried raspberries
1 tsp (4g) freeze-dried strawberries
2 scoops HLTH Code Creamy Vanilla
½ cup of ice
In a blender, blend together coconut milk with 2 scoops of HLTH Code Creamy Vanilla and ice.
Pour half the mixture into a cup or other container.
Blend the remaining mixture with the coconut cream. Pour it into a glass.
Pour the retained mixture from the original cup or container into a blender and add the freeze-dried berries. Blend until smooth.
Pour the pink mixture over the coconut/vanilla portion.
