Chocolate Coconut Shake
Recipe makes 2 servings
1 cup (107g) fresh or frozen cauliflower florets, chopped
1 cup (240ml) unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 cup (120g) coconut cream
2 Tbsp (16g) monk fruit sweetener or sugar-free sweetener of choice
1 Tbsp (10g) coconut oil or coconut butter
1 scoop (39g) HLTH Code Creamy Vanilla
1 cup (111g) ice
1/4 cup (28g) shredded coconut
1 scoop (39g) HLTH Code Chocolate Macadamia
2 Tbsp (15g) cacao powder
Whipped coconut cream
Sugar-free dark chocolate
Combine the cauliflower florets, coconut milk, coconut cream, sweetener, HLTH Code Creamy Vanilla, ice, and shredded coconut in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Pour half of the shake into two large glasses and set aside.
Add HLTH Code Chocolate Macadamia and cacao powder to the remaining half of the shake blend in the blender and pulse until combined. Adjust sweetness to taste and divide the chocolate shake between two serving glasses.
Pour the white shake on top of the chocolate shake and serve.
