Chocolate Macadamia Pancakes

Recipe makes 8 pancakes

Ingredients:
2 scoops HLTH Code Chocolate Macadamia
1 cup almond flour
8 tbsp melted butter
4 eggs
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 tsp liquid monkfruit extract sweetener
1 tsp baking powder

Optional toppings:
Chopped macadamia nuts sprinkled on top of pancakes.
A sprinkle of keto friendly chocolate chips
Your favorite sugar-free maple syrup

Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
Add butter or cooking oil of choice to pan
Pour batter and cook pancake until it starts bubbling and looks slightly dry around the edges, then flip
Makes approximately 8 medium-sized pancakes
Add toppings of choice
