Chocolate Mascarpone Smoothie

Recipe makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

1 ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk, divided
2 Tbsp mascarpone cheese or cream cheese
2 scoops HLTH Code Chocolate Macadamia
¼ tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp almond extract
1 tsp monk fruit sweetener
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

In a blender, blend a half cup of unsweetened almond milk with mascarpone, vanilla, and sweetener.
Pour the mixture into a glass.
Blend remaining unsweetened almond milk with HLTH Code Chocolate Macadamia and almond extract
Blend until smooth. Pour the chocolate mixture over the cheese mixture.
Dust the top with unsweetened cocoa powder.
Serve immediately.
